Overview
In the Navigation settings section of the Content Designer activity, you can define how students move through the elements.
Available settings
Navigation method
Control how users progress through the elements in your course.
Sequential – Students must complete each element in the order you define. They cannot skip mandatory elements and must proceed step by step.
Free – Students can access all elements at any time. They are free to skip mandatory elements and explore in any order.
Choose the method that best fits your learning design. Sequential navigation is useful if each element builds on the previous one, while free navigation suits exploratory or non-linear content.
