Completion conditions
The options to configure completion conditions for the Pulse activity are:
None: No completion conditions are set for the activity.
Students must manually mark the activity as done: Students must manually mark the activity as done. This is Moodle's default setting, allowing students to revoke completion anytime. Selecting this option opens the ‘Set reminder in timeline” setting.
Add requirements: Selecting this option opens more settings.
Completion when available
If this option is enabled, the activity will be considered completed once it is available to the user. The availability can be controlled by configuring the access restrictions.
Mark as complete by student to complete this activity
If this option is enabled, students must manually mark the activity as complete. This is a Pulse inherent setting. Once a student marks the activity as complete, they cannot undo that decision.
Require approval by one of the following roles
If this option is enabled, the activity will be considered completed when any of the selected roles approves the user's completion.
Set reminder in Timeline
This setting allows you to set a reminder for students to work on this activity. If enabled, the reminder will appear at the configured time in the timeline block on their dashboard as ‘Pulse requires action’.
