Where can I find my invoice?

Finding the invoice after purchasing or renewing.

When you purchase or renew a plugin from bdecent, your payment is processed by our payment provider, Paddle. Shortly after the transaction, you’ll receive an email from Paddle with the payment confirmation and a "View invoice" button. Clicking this button opens a web page displaying your invoice details. This page typically includes:

  • Invoice Number

  • Purchase Date

  • Product Name

  • Amount Paid

  • Payment Method

  • Billing Information​

On this page, you can usually:​

  • Edit billing details, such as adding a company name or VAT ID

  • Download the invoice as a PDF​
