To export a Pulse activity to use as a preset template, you first need an existing Pulse activity. For instructions on creating a Pulse activity, refer to the article Pulse activity.
Open the settings of the Pulse activity and go to More > Backup.
In the initial settings, only keep ‘Include activities and resources’ checked.
In the schema settings, make sure only the Pulse activity that should work as a preset is selected.
In the confirmation and review step, give the file a recognizable name. Once all settings are correct, click ‘Perform backup’.
Wait for the backup to complete and then download it from the restore page of the Pulse activity (Settings > More > Restore).
You can now use the downloaded file as a template preset when creating a new preset or updating an existing one.
